Food Pantry
Serving our communities since 1994
Britannia woods Food pantry
Originally founded by members of the Bay Ward faith communities, the Britannia Woods Food Pantry has been a member agency of the Ottawa Food Bank since 1994. Its clients come from a wide variety of circumstances and cultural backgrounds. We serve the Lincoln Fields, Richmond Road and Carling Avenue areas east of Bayshore and west of McKellar Park and all the streets between Broadview and Bayshore, north of Carling Ave, and north of Richmond Rd between Pinecrest Rd and Bayshore Dr. (North side of Richmond).
The Food Pantry is blessed with many volunteers some of whom have been coming every week since the Food Pantry opened in 1992. Now that’s commitment!
